Monidor invests in customer experience and appoints Chief Customer Officer
Monidor Management is committed to continuously develop customer understanding and improving on customer experience. Master of Economics and Business Administration, Reija Manninen-Laukka has been named for the position of Chief Customer Officer (CCO), starting 8th Feb 2021. She will also join the Monidor Management Team.

Manninen-Laukka has a wide experience on working in various functions and roles in global business. Her latest position has been Group Quality Director at Polar Electro Oy.
